Dear distribution partner, dear customer,

Between the shareholders of the Hermes Technologie and Mr. Michele Colonna the employment relationship was terminated on 01-03-2017.

We would like to thank Mr. Colonna for more than 20 years of cooperation and his contribution to the development of Hermes Technologie. We wish Mr. Colonna all the best for his future career.

For a quick turnaround, Tim Hermes will be responsible for all Customers and Sales Partners of Mr. Colonna. Please refer to the appendix for the new management structure. In the first months, the shareholders will be supported by Rainer Hermes with the aim of optimally ensuring customer satisfaction and support.
